DUMPLUSH™ QUESTIONS

Everything You Need to Know

24 days of cute, squishy surprises — and no two Dumplush™ calendars are exactly the same.

🎄 What Is the Dumplush™ Advent Calendar? +
Dumplush™ turns the Christmas countdown into 24 days of squishy surprises. Open a new Advent compartment each day to discover another adorable little squishy waiting inside.
✨ Is Every Calendar Different? +
Yes! That's part of the fun. Every Dumplush™ calendar is uniquely assorted, so the squishies you discover can differ from the ones your friends or family receive. You won't know exactly who's hiding inside until you open each day!
🎁 How Many Surprises Do I Get? +
There are 24 individual Advent surprises to discover throughout December — giving you something new to open, squish and collect every day leading up to Christmas.
🤏 What Do the Dumplush™ Squishies Feel Like? +
They're made for that ridiculously satisfying squish. Each character feels soft, doughy and satisfyingly squeezable, then returns toward its original shape after you let go.
🥟 Which Characters Will I Get? +
That's the surprise! Dumplush™ calendars contain an assortment of cute characters, colors and festive designs. Because calendars can vary, the characters shown in our photos are examples and your assortment may be different.
📅 How Does the Advent Calendar Work? +
Start on December 1st and open one numbered surprise each day. By Christmas Eve, you'll have discovered your full Dumplush™ collection.
🎅 Is Dumplush™ Good for Gifting? +
Absolutely. Instead of opening one present once, Dumplush™ gives them a new little surprise to look forward to for 24 days. It's especially fun for anyone who loves cute collectibles and satisfying squishies.
❤️ Can I Keep the Squishies After Christmas? +
Of course! The countdown may end, but your Dumplush™ don't. Keep, squish, display, collect or trade your favorites long after Christmas is over.
🚚 When Will My Order Arrive? +
Once your order ships, we'll send your tracking information by email so you can follow your Dumplush™ all the way home.
🥟
Still wondering something? Our Dumplush™ team is happy to help.

I kept seeing this all over facebook and tiktok shop but I didn't believe it but when quickly received the package with fast shipping, I was so pleased to see that the product quality looked BETTER than in the advertisements, 10/10 I will wait for a new variant!

  • I saw someone making this on Instagram and ended up ordering one for myself. I was a little worried it would be fiddly or confusing, but the steps are really straightforward and everything you need is included.

  • I’d seen JingleBeads a few times on social media before finally giving in, and I’m glad I did. Shipping was smooth, the kit arrived in great condition, and there were plenty of beads and decorations to work with. It took a little time to make, but that was honestly the best part
